How to view the all the screens

Ok, so a couple of times I've accidentally gotten to where I have all the screens showing at the same time so I can easily and quickly goto a screen instead of having to scroll thru all to get to the one I want. Now I can't figure out how to do it again. Any one know how to do this?

any of the home pages pinch the screen like you are trying to zoom out

You may also tap the Home "button" one time and it opens all of them. I prefer using that since it seems faster to me.
