Help Can't call one of my cantacts!

Hey guys, I have been asking everybody about this problem i have. But not even HTC or my operator could fix this.

I can call every one just fine but when i try to call my girl friend i juste hear one tone and a pip and it hangs up. I can text her and she calls me right away.

I have been searching forums and trying different thing but cant get it to work. The outgoing calls are not blocked my network and signal is full and it doesen't have anything to do with the number or linked contacts to facebook and other stuff.

I need some good ideas and help with this!

Speak to your girlfriend...she may have dumped you...cos it sounz as if she's blocked your number...

Haha no she's not blond and haven't dumped me, I send her an sms and she calls me right away when i want something. Have though of the blocked number thing though.

Good idea but it's same as before. Starting to hear the beep and then it hangs up even before she can see that I'm calling :/

Seriously, this is a real puzzler...
Is yours the only number not getting through to the other phone?

If so I would recommend factory resetting both phones. Drastic I know but its odd all around.

As crazy as this issue seems, I have exactly the same problem.
When I try calling my wife's mobile just from my HTC sensation (this only happens BTW just with my sim card in it) it starts initializing the call then I get one beep and the call drops.
I can txt her fine and she can call me ok.

BTW we are both on T-mobile.
If we swap sims in the phones it all works fine, so its just my sim card and only in my htc sensation.
One other thing i have noticed is that every time i restart my phone it says applying updates 1 or 60 so i dont know if that has something to do with it.
Its only started happening over the last few days and I wouldnt be supprised if its since this last update.

Not sure if it was the blacklist or what, but I just deleted my contact from her phone and the call went through from my phone again...

I have had exactly the same problem with my wife's number and have spent the last week or so trying to resolve it. My network provider was having me dial all sorts of short codes trying to resolve but he just gave up.

I never thought the problem would have been on my wife's phone, she's clueless and only just knows how to make a call. How she managed to block my number I'll never know.

As I am away right now she deleted me from her contacts and then added me again (well, my 12-year old daughter did, no good asking the wife to do it) and all is now well.

I have a similar problem. I got this s3 from Korea. I am in India now using Vodafone connection. The number for Vodafone customer care is 111. When I dial it says calling emergency contact number and gets disconnected. My wife has s3 uk version. When she dials it works perfectly fine. It goes to Vodafone customer care.

Any clue?
