Help Parse Error (Please Help)

Hy! I have a problem when i try to install ROM Manager on my phone..it says Pars Error "there was a problem parsing the device" i have 2.1 update,and i am using ES File Explorer to open rom manager .apk file.I've tried Filedroid,Astro and same error.My phone is rooted and i can install from unknown sources.
I want to install Cyanogen on my phone..i've tried all the versions of rom manager=>same error.I've tried to download on appBrain..It says it can't be found..
Please help and sorry my english.

try flashing on....stock rom and do that again
