How to unroot ?

I used the 1 click root, site now down and not working.

Something didn't go right and many things don't work.

Tried factory reset under settings, tried home and power up, both would leave me stuck on G1 screen for hours.

I want to go back to normal system please help.

G1 with normal 1.5 update before root.

If you can press POWER + Camera this would be normally your Fastboot..

If you can do that you might be able to UnRoot of Root by using the guides in my signature ....

the following is an extract from that >>>

Step 1)

- Format the Micro SD Card to FAT32.
- Copy the DREAIMG.nbh file to the Micro SD Card. (NOT A ZIP FILE)
- With the phone off, hold camera and press power to boot into the bootloader.
- Once the bootloader is loaded, press power to install.
- Press the trackball to continue and press talk+menu+power to reboot.

and this would flash the image to the phone that was there when the rooting hole was discovered ...

then you would from there to Root or UnRoot by selecting different files to get you back to ver 1.5 for either rooted or unrooted

GOT JF1.5 !!!!!!!!!!

rename it to update.zip and copy it to your sd card.... then power off your phone... power it back on holding home+endcall buttons when you reach the recovery screen hit ALT+S when the install is complete hit home+back buttons to reboot... wait for it to boot and you'll be running the rooted build

Well now you have the basic 1.5 cupcake rooting done ....

Now you might want to explore some of the custom builds out there ...
