How much RAM does your Droid RAZR use regularly? Mine uses about 550 MB with like 300 MB free. This is on the Droid RAZR not the MAXX. That's also after I quit everything. When I have stuff running, it's usually 600 MB running and 250 MB free. I have ICS. What's yours? Just so I can have a comparison.

I'm running about 200MB free. However, unless you're having performance issues you should just ignore the RAM usage. Android does a great job managing that itself.

I actually just posted in a similar thread here, so I'll just quote:
However, Android/Linux uses RAM far differently than Windows does (atleast older windows like XP). After Android is done running a program/service/process it saves that process in the unused space in the RAM. That way they don't need to be started from scratch should that process be run again. Storing does use up any more battery power than the RAM needs while empty, the cached apps can easily be purged at will (taking so little time that it's effectively instantaneous), and will definitely save time and battery if that process is run again. The adage to remember here is "Free RAM is wasted RAM".
