This is for the Broken Out Rom only.

Hi guys, I've updated the pdroid patch to include the smooth scroll mod from shinyside, as well as pBots data throttle remover mod. Flashing one or the other would effectively overwrite any other mods to the framework.jar file and flashing the pdroid patch after flashing pbots data throttle remover mod would overwrite services.jar, making you lose the data throttle remover mod.

I've put all 3 mods together in 1 flashable package, so you can have all 3 ;)

Remember, after flashing this you have to download the pdroid app from the market, if you don't have it already. It allows you full control over any apps allowable permissions without breaking the app.

OK, where is the original broken out dev?

I'm thinking the scroll mod and throttle remover should be standard on a new version of broken out.... Oh, and why the hell does my phone keep making notification tones even when I have no new notifications?

Just some thoughts.

Lol no clue mike, I've never heard of anyone having that issue.

As for mt, no clue on that either lol, I haven't seen him about lately. But I'm trying my bestest along with the others to make broken out run better and smoother.

Lol, I know I know, I'm slow. Hey that rhymed :D

Anyways, ill work on it tonight and try to get it done. I haven't focused on it in a hot minute, it shouldn't take much, other than me actually sitting down and doing it.

Thanks so much man! I've really been excited for the throttle and pdroid. But the SmoothScroll? That makes it so much better.

How can I verify if PDroid is actually working or not?, for example I have MX Player installed which has minor ad support, despite having the "Data Access Notification" check-box checked and Network Info off, the app is still showing ads (which I assume uses my data connection) but PDroid isn't mentioning anything about it accessing data.

Not sure if I missed a step or something, I flashed the zip file in CWM then I downloaded the PDroid app from Google Play.

Some things stay the same like phone number meid adress.ect. Stay the Same even when you change the rom. with this mod so when you want to go back to zva you need the stock mod that it came with or the one made for zva. My doesn't run right when I went back to a lg. rom. So I had to go back to broken ROM. Does this sound right? And is there a fix for this?

If you went back to the stock rom the issues you guys are having don't have anything to do with the mod. Flashing stock would have flashed the stock services, core and framework jar files over my modded ones, which means they wouldn't even be on your phone anymore.

I haven't modded the zva files yet because I can't get the files to deodex. Im going to try to use the broken out files, and write a script to remove the stock jars and odex files and replace them with the modded files.

I'm on Broken-Out, my question was if there was a way to confirm if Pdroid was actually working or not, for example: I installed Zenonia 4 on my phone, that game will not work without a data connection, I set Pdroid to block everything (device ID, sim card info...etc) and checked the "Data Access Notification" box, ran the game and it worked fine (meaning its using data access) but Pdroid didn't tell me anything so I'm not sure if perhaps I'm doing something wrong or if Pdroid is in fact working and I just have no way of knowing.
