Help On Returning To HTC.

Hi All

I have been in contact with HTC and they have asked me to send in my phone for repair.

It's a GPS Problem...

A few questions,

What do I have to send with it,

A Copy of my invoice? (I bought it from a seller on Amazon)

There are little warranty stickers in the Box. How many do I have to send with it and where do I attach them to?

I will put in a Note stating the problem.

Also Is the warranty in tact out of the Box or does it have to be activated?

Hi Mate yeah they did this afternoon..!

All packed and ready to be picked up tomorrow between 1-5.

I can't remember too much about when I sent mine back but I rang HTC in the T-Mobile shop for my Sensation and they sent me an email (below) which had a tick sheet attached to it with my ticket number.

I also put in a note myself about the problem but you need a ticket number, did HTC not give you a ticket number?

Yeah I got a ticket number, how long did they take to fix/return your phone?

I gave the same info as you, Tick Sheet, proof of Purchase and the UPS label attached to the parcel....

From the day I sent it to the day I received it back was about 3/4 days, it was really quick, I suppose it depends on your problem and the time when you send it back, I had my Sensation for quite a while before sending it back so they may not have had much in for repair whereas the HOX has only just been released so they might be busy but who knows.

The service was pretty good to be honest. Hope your return goes well
