MediaProvider.apk, please?

I rooted my phone but foolishly uninstalled MediaProvider.apk, now it doesn't do any media scanning

I tried download and replace it using MediaProvider.apk for other devices but it didn't work. Does anyone has the correct one for the T-mobile version?
It's in /system/App

Or is that I used the wrong method to replace it? Tell me please please please

Unfortunately it didn't work...It said there was problem parsing the file

Try going to recovery and fixing permissions and see if that helps.

Since it is a system app you have to manually push it to your system/app folder using root explorer or a similar app. Then just fix permissions. And reboot. You dont have to install if its in the system/app folder just reboot.
