40 minutes hanging on phone.......i give up, i have requested it to be cancelled via email, but they have charged my card. If it turns up in the next few days it turns up if not then the cancellation has worked. I don't care anymore, i've lost interest in it.

Well, I thought it was pending but when I rang my credit card company they said its cleared......BUT its not actually showing on my statement as cleared, it just shows my available balance lower by

I contacted them by email on 11th July to change my delivery address (to work) but have not had any acknowledgement or reply.

I also called Google yesterday and I was told they would begin shipping today and it would continue through to Wednesday.

I was feeling a bit miffed at this too but to be honest BUT Google have never actually given us a date, you're not getting it late, no one else has it. With the exception of Ebuyer who were promptly told to stop sending out devices, and they did, they have reverted back to pre orders.

As far as I'm aware no where in the UK is selling them, unless they are breaking Google's date.

So people should just chill out and wait, the only thing I am still annoyed at is I wish I had just to to Ebuyer for the free p&p. I only went via the play stor as I though that was a condition of the

They didn't tell me it was shipping today, they said today through to Wednesday not just today, although I do think Wednesday is too late! I was always hopeful we'd get them by the 19th at the latest by leaked dates.

If bloody currys start selling them while I still wait then I will be annoyed, everyone is getting themselves worked up but have no real reason to, I do think Google should communicate with all pre orders what the heck is going on though, and if stores already have them then there must be a supply already!

As a side note, a company that exists and dare I say it trumpets its success in e-communciations (of sorts) has let itself down on this occasion.

TBH I no longer GAF when I get mine but a response to emails about my order (they've managed to ignore two including one about a new delivery address) and a general bulletin to everyone who pre-ordered surely shouldn't be beyond them or be too much to ask.

There has been a change in my Google Play account, in 'My Orders and Settings' the Nexus is now at the top, i.e. it is being listed as my most recent activity. There is no change in my Wallet though, and no email. We can but hope that we'll all wake up to an email and shipping details in the morning.

I would imagine you would only get shipping updated in the evening once its picked up, surprised nobody got anything today.

That sounds promising as many folks have reported that the order date for their device changed when it shipped. Good luck... ...wanders off to check Google Wallet for the 1 millionth time.
