Help slower performance after update to android 4.0.4

Hi
I've updated my P6200 to android 4.0.4 ics. when i play games (like lane splitter) the Framerate is not normal.there is a lag in my game.
could you help me
Thanks

Well, now I have upgraded my P6210 to 4.04. But I don't have lane splitter.
But, I checked a few of my games including "Gloomy Dungeon" and "Warp Dash" and if anything they seemed smoother than before.

I am curious, do you have the Power Saver checked to On? I don't see many other options that would possibly make anything sluggish, not at first blush.
Anything non standard or unusual with your installation method? Any odd error messages before , during, or after your upgrade ? Grasping at straws here :)

Question - is this the official Austrian Samsung ICS 4.04 or is it some other ROM like cyanogenmod?

IF you had the P6210 (which you don't) I would say to maybe try the new version of 4.0.4 for the P6210 released today, for the same region.

Offhand I don't know what bugfixes are in it, but one way to get it is at SamMobile Firmware Page

However you should not do that. Maybe there will be an update for the 6200 soon

what is the difference between p6200 and p6210? and if i install p6210's rom on my p6200, it will not make problem for my device?

Yikes, my bad.
do NOT put the 6210 Firmware on the 6200. The 6210 is Wi Fi only, the 6200 has 3G.

Sorry I forgot you had a 6200 not a 6210. In your case, I would wait to see if they issue an update for the 6200.

So far with the ICS update:

1. Overall performance has improved as there's less stuttering/lag when switching apps or typing

2. Battery life does appear to have taken a hit but I'm averaging about ~5-6 hours on a full charge, which is not good, considering that I shut off almost all other apps off, reduce brightness to ~50%, only have Wifi on whenever needed and keep using the task manager to kill any unnecessary battery usage. It'll last somewhat longer if I shut off Wifi. :(

3. I don't play games so that's not an issue!

4. Some apps crash like certain browsers even after downloading all updates to work in ICS so it could be a compatibility issue.

5. Noticed that Google has NOT updated its stock browser to include a "Zoom Up" feature!

6. Wifi is still weak whenever Tab is more than a few feet away. You'd think Samsung would include a good receiver chip or Google to fix the Wifi software, considering that tablets all feature/use Wifi!

Anyone know if there's a manual or online guide that will explain In Detail what the new features are in ICS for Tablets? Many reviews are geared towards phones.

Thanks!
