Hello Everyone~
I'm new here but I have been following the threads on the HTC EVO 4G............ OMG!!!! I too have to have this phone. I first seen this phone a T Mobile and was very very impressed, but now seeing the NEW specs.................. WOW I was going to switch to T mobile and decided to look a little longer at different carriers and boy am I glad I did. I am currently with Verizon but I won't be for long. I'll Wait til I know when this bad boy is going to be in house and I'm jumping ship just like that. Besides, Verizon is crazy with their prices, and if I can get the same coverage and WAY better deals and phones I'm gone.
I've been with them for a while and they too won't give anyone a heads up when new phones will be coming out. To me if you tell "your customers" that there are some new phones coming and give us something to think about between now and when they do it keeps the customers happy and if the customers are happy they will stay and they will tell others of the type of customer service they get and that could change their ratio for the better. But they(Ver) say they don't find things out until a day or two before they are released or launched. That doesn't sit well with me. I would have been happy to know "oh this new phone will "maybe" be coming in Sept. well I like the phone I'll wait til then " but they are so afraid that the competitors will find out and ruin it for them that they don't do it, but in my case they are loosing a loyal customer in myself because they just never can give you any information.
So, I'm glad to be aboard the Sprint /Android train.
