How do I import a VCF Contact File??

Are you trying to load them as native phone contacts or as Android/Gmail contacts? If the latter, I think the Google Contacts website can import a VCF file when you are logged in on a PC browser with the same Google username that you use on your phone. Those contacts then will propagate automatically to your Android/Gmail contacts on the handset.

I dunno about importing directly to the phone's native contacts, I don't use those.

As Native Contacts.

I have a Google Mail account which I use mostly for the Play Store.
I would rather have them imported as Native Contacts.

Looking at the user manual and the phone menus, it looks like you can import a vCard file from "USB storage," which I take to mean the SD card. So try copying your file there first. Then open the Contacts app, then Menu -> Import/Export -> Import from USB storage.

Thanks Mate

I don't have a Memory Card installed as yet. Is it possible to put the file into the phone storage space then install from there?

I really don't know. This is all unplowed ground for me.

It couldn't hurt to try it on the internal SD and see if the Contacts app will discover it. It's just a file. If it doesn't work, you can always delete it or move it with a file manager app.
