Help To Ray or not to Ray?

Hello, one week ago I bought a HTC wildfire S and will be returning it in a few days for a refund due to memory problems from day one.
I've been looking all week for a replacement and sizing all the options I have up for my budget (

I have used both, though the Ray for a longer period of time. You should not have the same problem with ray, however there is still a limit on internal storage though it would take considerably more than two applications to generate this error.

Ok thank you. I'm not wanting a super phone so running tons of apps is not what I'm looking for. But I'd hope it can at least run 3 or 4 smallish apps without running into trouble. I'm not one for mobile gaming but have always wanted a phone with a good camera.

I see the Ray has 8mp but only has a light and not a flash, have you noticed this giving you many issues in low light situations?
