Help Update pops up at random times, but..

Now it won't.

Here's the situation. As the title says the pop-up that says an update is ready popped up again today, and I'm low on space, so I couldn't do it. But now I deleted/logged out of Facebook, and I'm no longer low on space, but now (even when I do "Check for update" under About Phone) it says I'm updated.. Is there anyway to make the pop-up pop up again?

It will pop back up on its own in a few days..... the update has caused a lot of problems for people so I wouldn't look forward to it. And it doesn't fix much anyway.
