Root [ROM] MTDEV-CM9 build 20130120 [BETA]

I love this rom so far. I've noticed it seams to be more of a battery hog than the MIUI rom I came from.

also when I used CM7 on my OV it used to have an option to make the volume buttons be track previous and next with long press, is there an option in this CM9 for that I didn't see it in the settings?

the only issue I've had so far is Pandora does not work at all for me on this rom, It will load start to play on song then, go in a never ending loop of loading songs and skipping to the next as soon as it does. anyone else having this issue?

I've ran Pandora rigorously on this ROM since I flashed it. Battery life's been pretty amazing too.

Yeah just go into settings, then select sound, now scroll all the way to the bottom and you should the "volume rocker music control". :)

Wow I reflashed and this Rom is super smooth...... Sleeps really well too

It's awesome. I was running MTDEV CM7 and decided I would flash this just for the heck of it. thought it would be choppy with all kinds of bugs kind of like all the other CM9 ROMs I have tried. Not the case at all. I think I'm gonna finally stick with CM9 now. I have faith that our developers will have the camera working (at least in some capacity) soon.

Is this a significant improvement from mantera's CM9 alpha yet? I'm quite happy with that ROM as it stands.

Thanks for the work, devs!

There is basically more updates that where added into the code from CM before we made it stable. Basically more tweaks and such to make it more stable. There is still a lot of work to get it fully optimized for the Triumph but I couldn't compare it to Mantera's build as the last time I ran his was months ago.

I am not sure if this is worth anything here, but I thought that I would mention it anyway. I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 which I flashed CM9 on. Well I went to use the camera and it kept force closing on me. Well what I did was use root explorer and deleted the camera app that came with the ROM and installed the ICS camera app from the market. Now the camera works without issue. I know that the issue with the MT camera probably runs deeper than this, but this may be a quick fix for the camera on our phones when the devs get it working and if it keeps force closing.
