So I looked around and I didn't really see anything pertaining to my question so ill post it. Im thinking of installing the latest firmware update from telus on my rooted SG2x. I used Blue1k's root guide on this forum and have MR.X stock rom with CIQ removed installed.
My question is if I can just do the update with Kies or do I need to re-flash the telus stock rom and then do it? And then after i do it can I re root it? I would like to keep Titanium and set cpu working.

Kernel Version: 2.6.35.11
Build number: Gingerbread.TLKJ3.ROOTED
