Root Google Play Store Bug

Oddly enough, I had the same bug this morning. Go into settings/accounts and sync and unsync your google account. Just uncheck all of the boxes. Go to your home screen and go right back in to accounts and resync. Reboot your phone and see if that works. If not, go into settings/apps and select all. Find Google services framework and clear data. Reboot, and you should be good.

I was using the quattrimus ics rom and i didnt check my overlclocking settings and no i dont

Your SD card would be a good place to start. If you still use the 2 GB card that came with your phone, be warned!!! I used my factory card and when it crashed I lost everything! Lesson learned. I would not use anything less than a 4 GB class 4 card for ICS with at least a 1 GB ext partition. ICS is much larger than our little ol V's were meant to handle. Scripts in the ROM automatically link apps and dalvik to your ext partition. A good 4 GB card will only run you about 12 bucks. What recovery are you using? Most (not all!!) will allow you to partition an ext directory right from recovery and it is painless. If you didn't check your OC settings, I assume they were at the default settings. I had a multitude of problems with my old 2 GB SD that all disappeared with the new one....things that you wouldn't think had anything to do with your card!
