OnLive hits reset after being dragged down by expensive servers, confirms service will continue -- Engadget

OnLive has finally issued an official statement after rumors of mass layoffs first leaked out earlier today, confirming that its assets have been acquired into a newly-formed company with what it claims is "substantial" financial backing. UPDATE: Got it to finally work by using Anttek app to open it and then selecting the service for app unpacking. Works well!

Received my Kindle Fire HD today but the APK used to get OnLive working on the original Kindle Fire doesn't seem to work on the Fire HD.

Anyone got an idea on if a new APK is necessary? I believe the new Kindle Fire HD is running Ice Cream Sandwich.
