I almost hate to ask this, but since I haven't updated since Milestone 2, can somebody point me to the latest and greatest method to accomplish this? I know the basics, but I don't want to attempt it from memory. I'd like to save my apps and data, if possible. Also, I remember there was a caveat about bluetooth settings. See, I'm pretty rusty. Thanks.

back up everything with TIBU
sync it to dropbox (not necessary)
make a nandroid backup
if you're coming from milestone 2 that is ICS?
wipe data/cache
flash ROM zip
flash gapps
in TIBU restore apps with data (do not restore anything that says SYSTEM yet)
then after that you can selectively restore system items that are colored green
if you have any issues you can restore your nandroid (am i missing anything?)
