Yes I know it does it for me too but that's because the system knows your username has downloaded it before

It's not that I need it it's just if this is some people's 1st android they won't be able to get flash on it so that's why I linked the official website because it has all of the flash players.

if you had it on your previous phone just put in your gmail account credentials, go to "my apps" then thumb over to "all" and scroll until you find it.
