So you hate IAP?

Do something about it. Quit complaining. Find good games with reasonable price tags and share them in this thread and challenge anyone who wines about IAP to do this. Preferably games that aren't well known. No, minecraft pe does not count. I'm willing to let one time IAP slide in. Since that's pretty common, its usually an unlock/upgrade option.

Triple town by spry fox LLC is great if you like strategy and a little brain teasing. They do get the spotlight once in a while but nobody I know in person knows of it.

Puzzle forge. Mentioned on this forum once or twice, I fell in love. Similar to triple town

I would mention more but I can't filter purchased games. Its a small start, but a start. Let's clean up the market guys.

IAP? RAGE RAGE RAGEFACE!!!!

Hate IAP games iwth a vengeance. I'd pay $30 for a console class game before i deal with IAP games.

I've a collection at this point
Robotek - strategy/fighter game - sorta difficult to describe.

Plants vs zombies - I guess this is popular, but it's one game i always install

Jet car stunts - I got this for free on amazon's app store a while back. It's very well done, doesn't feel rushed, and is sort of a car/platformer

Wind up knight - Platformer. Some upgrade to enhance your survivability. Some in app game currency purchases that aren't needed, since there's only one currency (YAY) and you earn it easy enough.

Airport mania - land plans, and manage queuing them for landing, unloading, gassing, fixing, loading, takeoff so that they aren't late.

Dragon Fly - A clone of iphone's tony wings. You CAN purchase currency, but again, you earn it simply by playing.I bought the game to not have ads

Granny Smith - platformer-sort of. you have a jump/flip button and a "reach out with my cane" button, playing an old granny, trying to catch a guy stealing her apples. This game is more fun than it should be. It's polished, and again, no need for in app currency purchases. I'm not sure if there's even a need to buy the couple of consumables in the app anyway

Love roboteck/mecha. Big transformer, zoids, armored core fan.

I didn't really like muffin knight/ windup knight but I know a lot of people do.

Let's keep this up. More good games without iap and ads. We want a better market, we need to do something about it.

I'll play, I just installed a game called Blokish, it's pretty much a clone of the board game Blokus.

If you don't like Blokus, you won't like this. If you're not aware, it's a strategy game. Games are pretty quick, you play on a 20x20 grid (I think) and there are four players (3 AI)... everyone tries to use all their pieces in this limited space. The pieces are all shaped like Tetris pieces.

I'm assuming IAP is in app purchases? If so, this game has none. No ads either. Hell, this gem doesn't have *any* permissions. And it's free. No reason not to have it if you like Blokus.

That's the only one I have for now, but I'm always on the look for some cool new games.

Critical Strike portable is completely free and ad free. I'd recommend it highly.

Shadowgun - great example of how it's done. I bought it for the $6 it used to be. Now we just have that dead trigger crap. I was waiting and waiting and bought it on the first day for 99c thinking, why is this so cheap? Quickly found out the answer to that. I would have gladly paid the standard 7/8 dollar premium price tag for just a real game.

I see that in say, modern combat 3 or NOVA 3, there is some sort of IAP's, yet they are so damned unnecessary that I have no idea why they are even there. I wouldn't have any problem with other devs following that trend. I wouldn't be suprised if all the other gameloft games I listed had some sort of IAP's, though. I haven't even picked up on it if they do so w/e.

If only they would give up on their shadey as site and release all Gameloft games onto the Play market. They must be missing out on so many sales due to people having no idea the site exists, those who can't be bothered, or those like me who aren't willing to purchase something that expires in a year or something, and can only be downloaded once without contacting support. And from what I've read up on, that first download rarely goes smoothly and support is poor at best.
