So im riding the train yesterday and im sending texts on handcent and a lady is watching my screen and she's like you know I hate sprint right now because I can't get pictures on my text. So she starts asking me what app is that and why my screens look so different.

So i get into the whole im rooted and running a legend 2.1 ROM and all the other stuff so I let her play around with it and she's like ok I want that app, so I tell her how to get it. So this guy behind her is like oh yea, I got sprint too and I got 4G on my phone. *thinking to myself, the EVO 4G aint out yet* so im like really? He's like yea, you ever heard of android?? So im listening to him talk about all these features on his phone and im like hmmmmm should I bust him out?? So I don't say anything I just let him talk, and finally he says wanna see? Im like yea, so he pulls out his samsung moment and is like im not sure how to use all the features but I have all that stuff I just said. So I just start to laugh and sit down.....

This guy had no clue what he was talking about, and I think the girl realized it after a while and she went and sat down too. LMAO!!!!!!

Android is the cool kid in town. It's just cool to have an android phone these days. The knowledge regarding the product is irrelevant. Andriod is the equivalent of Chuck Norris in the mobile device industry.

I remember just few years ago, people used to carry around these huge PDA phones hooked on their waist belts showing it off when they could not afford to even have a service.

I remember standing in a grocery line few years back, and this guy pulls out his fancy looking phone and flips it open and starts talking loud on it, trying to get attention and about 30 seconds in to his conversation the phone starts ringing... The look on his face and everybody else face was priceless.

I was in the movie theater waiting for the movie to start with a friend and her bf and he is playing with his iPhone and talking about it. I casually mention I have a Hero and it is android and I am still learning all the cool stuff about it. He say, in a very excited voice, "OMG! Can I play with it?!?!""

I used to get pics just fine, but about a week ago instead of the pic showing up, a little "download" box shows up. Nothing actually happens when I click the box, though.

If I go to the web site where Sprint stores the pics for you, I can see them all. They just will not come through via text anymore. I have no idea why this changed.

Sometimes the pic comes through, others I get the download box, but it comes in fine if I click it.
