Help Help!! Back of htc chacha wont open?

I've tried everything, and I can't get the back of my HTC ChaCha to open? I don't know what I did wrong!
It won't move at all!!

its hard anyway lol.
tip.
hold it upside down and facing down
use uer 4 fingers on both hands to spread over the face and keys underneath.

use yer 2 thumbs on to bat cover and push the cover up.( will move about 3mm and thats it, open )
