VERIZON UNLIMITED DATA PLAN & RESET YOUR UPGRADE CLOCK!! APPLE SAMSUNG IPHONE | eBay

I think it has to do with someone putting you on a corporate account, but I am not sure.

Looking over his ebay ad, I wondering,

What's a VIP pass? (which is not required) I'm just wondering what it is.

He said he's selling his referral for free. Referring to who or what? And he says you can get subsidised phones and get unlimited data (forever btw) for $30.

There is an unlimited data/text/phone plan for $89.99. (Even Sprints unlimited everything plan is $109.99)

He says there's no cost to transfer. What am I transferring to? A carrier that is not Verizon possibly?

I would need alot more info before turning loose of my $30.00.

Guess I'll just keep waiting for my Razr Maxx HD. :smokingsomb:

If anyone is interested I bid $10 on it and he accepted. I got the info emailed to me, if someone has the balls to try it I will send you the info.

Maybe without getting to specific, you could give us a few hints as to how it might work.

If he took you up on your $10 bid, they must not be selling like the proverbial "hotcakes". (lol)

Still waitin' for the release of the Maxx HD. :smokingsomb:

basically he gave me a number to a verizon affiliate out in california, gave me a name of a guy to ask for and to tell him I was interested in unlimited data, and if he asked where I heard about it to tell him "a friend".

He said it would then take a few minutes.

Either it isn't legitimate, or this guy will be fired by next week.

If it is a Verizon affiliate, then it's very possible he's the manager and makes his money based on the number of customers he signs up.

However, based on the password type stuff required, (Bubba sent me! Ok, come on in!) It's possible there are some grey areas being exploited. Probably not something I would get involved in.

Hey, is the Razr Maxx HD coming out on 10/18/12? Here's hoping!!! :smokingsomb:

Ok my response is assuming this is in fact not an outright scam.

This doesn't sound like a grey area. This sounds like the data plan equivalent to paying a store employee cash for a stereo that "fell off the truck" the other day. Even if it isn't outright illegal, I'm 100% sure this isn't approved by the carrier and they will fire/prosecute this guy for selling these for his own profit.

Of course you are correct euph_22. My post was not directed at you although I did mention affiliate same as you. I think there's no question he's doing an "end around" that for sure isn't approved by the carrier. I meant if he's a manager that is not employed by Verizon but a 3rd party, his boss doesn't necessarily care how the sales numbers are arrived at just as long as the sales are made. Now Verizon may prosecute like you said but bottom line is I agree with everything you said. I've read and commented on your posts before and I would say generally you and I are pretty much "on the same page".

I'm still waitin' for the release of the Razr Maxx HD. :smokingsomb:

Hello Carra,

Here are the details of getting on Verizon unlimited minutes/text/data for $100.

You will still be on the Verizon network. You will receive your minutes/data/text plan from a Verizon wholesale broker, you will pay them monthly for your plan. You can still use Verizon customer service/tech support via phone/stores (at Verizon's discretion.) Your broker will also support you. You will no longer be able to manage your account via myverizon. It does not matter if you are still under contract, you can switch at any time.

They will, purportedly UG your phone for less and more frequently than Verizon. I got my Razr Maxx for $160 while Verizon is charging $299.

They can do auto billing and are readily available by phone. You will have one rep who knows you and can respond to your needs.

You would need to send me your eMail & I will have my account rep will contact you (There is no pressure to decide). Otherwise, eMail me at the address listed below. If you prefer text or voice please send your number & how you like to communicate. You will not be spammed. This is no joke. It's like having the best of big V (their network/support) w/o all the nickle & diming Verizon BS.

I am really satisfied with the service. Ecstatic actually.

This is the message I got from a guy months ago. Have him my email and never heard back. I. I think it's the same thing.

This sounds kind of like a subsidiary carrier (like Boost is to Sprint) they ride on the Verzion's network but all the billing goes through the subsidiary. It still poses red flags, questions I would have are, does the data include Verizon's LTE? Are there any contractual term limits.

When I asked the guy he told me it was 100% Verizon's network. Lte and all.
But I think what it might be is that this guy may add you to some corporate account, because I know my company has an unlimited plan with Verizon, But us lower guys canT get it.

So I wonder if this guy has access to some big companies account and adds you to it, so either way I highly doubt its legal.

This was talked about somewhere else on a different forum. The idea is that you basically relinquish control of your phone and account over to this person who is running this scam and your phones and account is then bundled together with several hundred other phones and accounts. Essentially, you give up ownership of your account and phones.

Yep, very very shady. Athe most it is illegal, and at the least it would end your account with VZW if they ever found out.

Not worth the hassle.

The best way to get unlimited is to do an AOL on someone elses account (look on ebay,craigslist..etc..) sometimes you can find a good deal. Luckily I bought mine on ebay before the iphone 5 came out, after that people were selling their AOL's for up to $500...heck I even saw one guy selling the ip5 with the AOL for over $1,000 (and it sold for over that)
