Sounds good. I must say I am obsessed with crab right now. So a crab avocado egg white omlette it is. Boiling the crab now. I love love love well seasoned crab! I have a sausage puffed pastry in the oven and Chili is simmering on the stove. The corned beef brisket is doing pretty well also (rueben sandwiches.)

Oh and I also have 2 loaves of bread proofing. Should be ready this evening ! Yummmmmo

That was Rachel recipe.. Well, kinda. I used Italian sausage, thyme and basil inside. And just for fun I shredded some Parmesan to tie it together. It states it can be eaten cold or hot... so I figured it can be used as a side for the chili. Kinda like a sandwich.

We shall see.
