Well since ive installed 2.1 it was fine all last night and now... all hell has broken loose on my phone. i get the file space low notification, all widgits on home screens are all messed up and out of whack, smaller icons are randomly being deleted... has anyone else experienced this. i have now done 3 factory resets and reinstalled 2.1 twice since last night its still doing the same thing... cleared cache, and did factory reset through bootloader.

ok so now one has had anything like what ive described.. anyone?

Sorry... My update has been working fine...

I did read on other forums that some have had to do a battery pull for a bit and others have done a factory reset... I've also seen some discussions where there may have been app conflicts with 2.1. Didn't pay too much attention due to not having the issues...

ok I got my upgrade today and my phone keeps shutting off. It's done it 3 time since the upgrade. and force closing on almost all my apps. I was so excited to get it and now I just don't know....

try what i did... pull the battery, do factory reset through the settings/privacy... then load bootloader wipe cache, and factory reset through there. then reinstall 2.1.. mine works now just the clarity on the phone went to crap and the camera picture got really grainy to the point of not knowing what your taking the picture of,

that sucks, but great testimonial on

1. backing up the phone first
2. not jumping on board the update as an early adopter

can it be called Early Adopter when the update is pushed OTA?

I've been opting to "Install Later" since I'm sure I'll be one of the people that gets hosed on it. But it's getting annoying to get the notification screen every 30 minutes.

I've also had issues with this morning's update on a 5 day old phone. Some of the close screen buttons don't work, while texting the symbols menu popups up randomly, and my Google browser insists it has to be in German. Changed some of my setting settings, also. It shut off once and wouldn't start up until I plugged it in, despite the fact the battery was 90 percent. We're technology pioneers (or guinea pigs?) - part of the process I guess.

your right, did not realize we would get pushed every 30.. so, guess we had to install as I tried and tried to out it off

anyway, not 1 single issue foe me

The four bottom buttons don't light up any more on my phone. All I've seen since last night.

Other than live wallpapers, I don't see any advantages either. Some apps seem a little faster though.

More info - many of my apps (Browser, Maps, Weather, YouTube, NoteEverything, ..) are MUCH faster and snappier. I haven't seen anything slower yet.

The four bottom lights come on now, but will still go off randomly, like when I first open applications, but come back on later, such as when I rotate the screen (perhaps that's random coincidence too).
