They are at the final battle. It looks like we might have a fight on our hands since the Palm Pre just got the free hot-spot options from Verizon.

March Smart Phone Madness Finals: Motorola Droid vs. Palm Pre Plus

The main points that I like to enjoy is:
Droid beat out the phone that beat the iPhone, and the Droid got further in the brackets than any other Android OS phone
Some of the progress is due to hardware, some due to following (over the Nexus'), but a lot due to the v2.01 (and now 2.1) version of the Android OS.

Also, this poll is open ALL weekend - it does not close until April 5th, so we have tons of time...but then again, so does the Palm Pre. Let's have at 'em!

To be honest this madness looks wrong. Iphone lost to the blackberry tour? Ok i might buy that because its a great phone again i said might. But then the palm pre plus beats the blackberry bold ? WTF . This i can't believe at all. Wait hold on they beat the htc hd 2. Does anyone here think that having the palm pixi and palm pre crap in the same bracket seems fixed.

the pre is not better than the droid. Come on guys get real. In all actuality it is Android vs. Web os. So who will we let win. WEB Os is def. not better than Android. let's get the droid back in it.

Who give a Sh*t...Palm users may cast more votes and win this stupid contest...but when they wake up...they still have a Palm product. I feel those people "need" something positive to cling to.

I know the pre isn't a bad device...but after the whole Treo fiasco...I HATE PALM! What an absolutely abysmal company that is! My boss had 3 treo 700W's and then tried the 700P...made my life as the "IT guy" hell...so I hate them
