I suppose it is better to have the delay and have Android 2.0. I'm just so afraid they'll gimp the phone like they did the HTC Touch Pro I have now. I can't wait for the official announcement. I'll keep an eye here!

It seems like verizon is backing off a bit on there phone gimping skills. Wifi now coming in every new BB and the Touch Pro 2 actually being an equal to the other carriers TP2's being the newest examples.

I keep hearing that this one will not be gimped, so I've got my fingers crossed! Hopefully Verizon has changed their minds on messing up phones. The fact that it's a Google Experience phone should help too.
