Cleaning the sleeve

Now I just got my Nexus One and my sleeve is still in great condition; that being said I can imagine it eventually getting a little girmey. Just wondering what kind of cleaning is acceptable for an item like this.

I previously had a neoprene case for my laptop and my girlfriend ruined it by absentmindidly throwing it in the washing machine. The material came out all frayed. Obviously I don't want history repeating itself, especially with the sleeve not being available as a seperate retail item.

If you don't want to use the washing machine, then use liquid soap with luke warm water to wash it You can't do much damage with that. But from another thread's post, if something happen to your pouch, call HTC and they should be able to replace it (for free).
