I am on a release-day Bionic ruining 6.7.246 and it is not root-ed. I ran for about four days and then did a Factory Data Reset and am glad I did. It is the only thing that makes sense in an environment this complicated.
I am UNFORTUNATELY in a 3G-only area 99% of the time.
There were improvements in ICS over GB that I really appreciate ...
1.2GHz ... thank you.
Dual core operating system ... thank you.
I always thought the slide lock on the Bionic was simply dumb. Using it for over a year there was one period for three hours where I wanted it locked. The fact that I can FINALLY turn it off is great.
There are some absurd pr-installed apps that I just had to have because I wasn't rooted and could not disable them. Now I can.
I had three buttons on the home page to control Airplane. WiFi, and Bluetooth. Now they are so easy to get at under settings I deleted the buttons.
Numerous improvements to the user interface added to the snappier 2 cores and 1.2GHz make it a new experience to use.
What changes GB to ICS really make you happy?
