Help Jelly bean 4.1.2 feature/bug fix list?

I'm on 3 in UK on standard nexus, currently on 4.1.1
Today I am getting update nags for presumably 4.1.2
Is there somewhere that lists what is changed, and more importantly what is fixed?
All I can find on google is announcements about it.

Anyone also on 3 on nexus installed it?

All that is listed, beyond allowing home screen rotation for the Nexus 7, is that it allows opening/closing the expanded notifications with one finger instead of two, bug fixes -- but no mention of what bugs, or even types of bugs, were fixed -- and some further speed enhancements beyond Project Butter.

I'm in the US on T-Mobile (so not on 3) but I've not noticed any real difference.

It actually only supports expanding notifications with a single finger. Single finger minimisation only works if you do it immediately after expanding and only if your fingers havent left the screen since expanding. Under normal circumstances you still have to use both fingers to minimise notifications...

Edit: Apparently swiping down and swiping back up is the way to minimise notifications...I woulda thought a simple swipe up would have sufficed but thats me...And thanks to mooseolly for the info...

Wow...that was unnecessarily elaborate...am I missing something? Wouldn't a simple swipe down for expand and swipe up for minimisation have sufficed? Anyway thanks for the info.

It's actually really intuitive and much better than needing two fingers, which is nearly impossible during one handed use. I like the feature alot. If you have a large number of notifications, having to swipe down and then back up again to close allows you to scroll all notifications that may fall below the "fold" of the shade. I hope that makes sense.

It's also tricky with two handed operation because our middle fingers are longer than the pointer or ring fingers, resulting in position the hand awkwardly to swipe down.
The only option then was to use the ring and pointer finger, or rotating the hand into an unnatural angle to swipe down with the middle finger.
