NYC
Hello all I'm new to this forum and to using the Android system. I'm from NYC (Bronx) and I'm a long time Blackberry user (last phone was Curve 8330), but became sort of unhappy with its browser capabilities and its lack of appilcations that were offered. I just recently purchased the HTC Droid Eris and its like night and day...I'm still having so much fun with this phone compared to the blackberry. The only thing the blackberry may have over this new phone is its email capability. Maybe there may be an app for emails but when I got an email on my blackberry, I was able to delete either on my phone itself or both the phone and the actual email, whereas the Eris I can only delete on phone and email is still there on email acct. Other than that, the Eris is a much superior phone.

Anyway I have been reading alot of threads and its great to be here.
