This is silly and I must be missing something!

Go to "edit" in contacts, then press on the 'blank' picture, which takes you to the "add picture" window. However, I'm just presented with 8 silhouettes of face graphics as available "pictures" to choose from. No obvious way to go into a folder where my images are stored.

So easy on my old Hero; I must be doing something wrong on this X10.

Help! :)

I used googmail contacts to set all that up when i had the Hero and with any android phone, the syncing is great with google contacts so when i got the x10, everything was already set up.

But this is how you do it, go to phonebook - then go to the contact you want to edit and press - press on edit - press on photo + in top left hand corner - 3 options will appear with camera roll, camera or pictures, don't click pictures, click on camera roll and then at the bottom, scrll to my albums if thats where your pics are and then pcik the picture etc and your done.
