Android 2.1

Ok, so I'm trying to figure out all the new goodies that came with 2.1. Keep in mind that I'm on a Moto Droid running DXTop. Here is what I've noticed:

1. Virtual keyboard has changed slightly, seems better calibrated and has haptic feedback turned off (thank you for that).

2. Google Googles and Lattitude are now installed

3. The gallery program was replaced. The new one is really snazzy.

4. There was an update to google maps. only thing I've notice is that streetview now has neat floating labels

5. multi-touch is now everywhere. the browser, google maps and the gallery all have multitouch turned on now.

That's all I've seen thus far. Is there anything else i should be looking for or anything that was turned on by default that I might want to consider turning off. some of you have commented that live wallpapers is turned on, but since I'm on DxTop, I haven't seen any change in that regard.

I did look at my wife's Droid and noticed that her drawer did not change to the mini icon arrangement used in the N1. Wasn't that supposed to be part of the update as well (or is that an option to be enabled?).

So I'm I missing any goodies?

I'm a few hours from being a Droid owner, so I don't know for sure. But I believe 2.1 is supposed to give you voice input for text. If you're sending an e-mail or text you can talk it in instead of typing.

I'm using 2.1 but this feature is missing along with the turn-by-turn navigation on the latest Google Maps. Could be device-dependent though as i'm on the HTC Legend.
