It looks like mine has been updated as 4.1.1 is jelly Bean

But not to the latest 4.2 as the Nexus

I think it is a lot faster on web browsing a big difference on mine no lagging

You don't need to be. Just make sure that your tablet is in stock form (ICS 4.0.4). Then follow the instructions found at XDA here:

If you like, you can root as well. In the second post of that same thread, you will see the instructions.

After the flash perform Wipe Data/Factory Reset!!
I have one question Do i restart and go into settings and do the factory reset there? or do it in system recovery?
