How to add some contacts to the SIM card?

Need to copy about 300 contacts from the phone book to the SIM card, how can I do that ? Hope not one by one ofcourse .
I have ICS 4.0.4

Contacts > Menu > Import/Export > Export to SIM card.

Be advised that contacts on SIM card only support a limited amount of information from each contact... usually name and phone number. You could instead, Export to SD card if you wish to save the whole contact list.
