Bought the official Samsung book cover, loving it.

Agreed, there is so much to like about the Book Cover:-
1. It has rubber inserts at the base to stop the Note from sliding when propped open.
2. It has a nice cut out at the headphone jack to allow the cable to snap and hold into place.
3. It has a magnetic backing meaning when you fold the front cover back the bottom part will snap nicely onto the back of the Note ~ thus no flapping and added strength to keep the Note in the two landscape modes provided.
4. Just mentioned but here's the explanation again ~ 2 x Landscape modes, a raised typing mode and an upright mode.
5. Quality is beautiful.

I bought the white one for my white Note 10.1. Fashionably, its the one that looks the best with the Note 10.1. It doesn't offer much of great protection however. Such as it doesn't cover the charging port like the 10.1 tab case did. The front cover flap can easily move when in a backpack or similar. I'm pretty careful with my Note 10.1 though so decided to go with what looks best.

I originally bought the official one and then dumped for one that looks like the official Tab 10.1's, but is dedicated for Note 10.1. Offers charging port protection and is very sturdy. Available on eBay.

Love it! Only down side is difficulty taking pictures/video when needed as the flap covers the camera when open.

Yes that annoyed me too but I turned the note upside down (flap hangs down) and the whole camera flipped appropriately.

But... the images will seem upside down if you don't use a modern viewer that recognizes EXIF information.

You can always flip the images and save them in another viewer to avoid viewing problems with all viewers.
