Odd text messages with BH_Man R7

since my update to bh_Man R7 I started getting odd text messages:

anyone else have this?

They could be network messages that otherwise the stock BH2 would process quietly in the background. Looks like its sending out the time. Its probably meant for the Device Management app thats part of the BH2.

It's actually from Visual Voice Mail... it is probably sent from 129.

So you actually got a voicemail from 7274607261 at 8:53AM on 4/08/2010. Did you install the T-Mobile Visual Voicemail app from the Market? It doesn't help sometimes but other times they don't show... just a little bug.

yeah this is a known issue, but at least those phantom txts don't cost anything. i'm on the 400 txt plan and i have been watching my bill, those msgs never come out of my plan so just ignore them or use handcent and blacklist them and you'll never see them again.

Yea it doesn't bother me that much, and like you said its possible to block them. I just didn't know what they were. Thanks
