Instructions:

Download rom (derp)
copy to your phone (internal or external sdcard)
Boot into recovery (power + vol up + home til you see blue text in teh top left corner)
TWRP go into the wipe menu and choose factory reset (no matter what rom you are coming from)
CWM choose wipe data/factory reset on the main menu
Flash the rom normally

factory data reset within recovery and wipe system.

Yes it's best if you get an sd card and store all your backups in there

no the system wipe isnt the internal memory format ya confusing those lol so dont worry not going to delete any personal data. i still have things in my internal from the first day i got my gs3 so dont worry about erasing anything else.

lol sorry I left so suddenly last night. I knocked out messing with metropolis .04 lol.
I couldn't get notification and ringtone volume to sinc. Also could'nt find the volume rocker to change mp3 tracks option. Anybody know if that is only asop's?

I believe the installer script needs to be updated. As nasty stated, shabby needs to update.
