Abhil procedure is same given by vaibhav as i already rooted my phone.

A25 stock kernel doesn't suppot swap...so we need a custom kernel....

I got it...i mean your error it may be because yours and mine phone partitions are different So for that download terminal emulator from android market and enter the following command
cat /proc/mtd > /sdcard/firmware.info
It will save a firmware.info file in your sd card give it to me and then i will give you your phone scatter file by which you will be able to flash your phone...
By the way I have updated the link of update.zip (Signed)

But i recommend you to install cwm first so you can take a backup if anything gets wrong....so first give me your firmware.info and i will give you your scatter file....
