2.1 Slow slow so very slow

So when i manually updated my phoen to 2.1 i had high hopes, now after having it for roughly a week and a half, im over my phone running outta memory and having my icons disappear and having it take forever to catch up while texted and just overall running in quicksand after working for the most part flawlessly on the 2.0.1. Anyone else having this problem?


Ps: i have the taskiller which really does nothing since the update cause as soon as i use it the processes seem to start themselves right back up and slow the phone down again

edit:Also the great feature of live wallpapers i love, except my phone keeps removing the live wallpaper and reverting back to the 2d wallpaper i had on previously because it cant keep up

You are having this problem because of the task killer. It's killing your live wallpaper. Repeatedly. That'll cause things to slow down, any time.
