I don't see this happening. I think whoever you were talking to doesn't know what the hell is going on. Chat sessions are just like getting someone on the phone that would tell you the Iphone is coming to sprint.

I would take this with a spoonful of salt and be more worried about what happens next week. We should know more then.

A lot of them don't know. There are a few I have dealt with that are pretty good but not many. Most of the ones I have talked to lately have all been here in the states and they are just as dumb.
BTW, I can't help but laugh at how crazy and off the wall some of their answers are.

Pretty much. As soon as the finishing touches are done and flashed to the new phones, these will be shipping out. He says summer but he means early June which is late Spring. I think they like to give themselves wiggle room but then shoot for as early as possible.

The support people don't care about what's coming out, they are just doing a job it's not their passion. I called about my POS instinct not getting text messages yesterday and they guy told me "oh if you can wait a few months the Nexus will be out and that will be our first 4G phone and it has a 4.3 inch screen" so I said "you mean the Evo right?" and hew as like no it's called the nuxus, I told him that sprint is getting the Nexus one and the Evo and they are both android phones but the Evo was announced as the first 4G phone, then he had to look it up and goes "oh ok you are right" He was a friendly guy so I can't complain about the guy but he wasn't well informed on the products that were coming.

I think Jack H. was just trying to bullshit his way out of a question he doesn't know the answer to. He should have just stuck to "there's no official date yet, but it should be coming out by summer" - It is an honest answer and doesn't make him sound stupid from someone who is well in tune to the Evo.
