Help Move saved apps phone to phone..

I wanna move the apps of my old phone (dhd) to my new phone (one x+)

I've move the " .android_secure folder" folder off my old phone, but am unsure where to put it on the new one as the layer out is different/less holders..

Anyone know where to move it too?

I created big problems for myself trying to do exactly this when I went from a desire to Hox+. Like you say the layout is different. I kept being told there was not enough storage space. In the end I needed a factory reset to clear the problem. The best answer seemed to be to just go to Google play, look under "my apps"e and reload them from there. You will oobviously lose any data but I never found any way around this. Unless you are rooted it seems most of the backup apps won't transfer data.

Hey there

Really the only thing worth moving here is pics, vids, music etc.

The Android . secure is meant specifically for your old phone, do not transfer.

If your a rooted user, tibu is also safe to transfer.

Other than that, don't really move anything else to avoid problems down the road.

There's an app called "App list back up" which exports all your c urrent app mark links to a file on your SD. Transfer that file to your new phone & download the app. It will save trawling through all your apps on Google play.
