Hey everyone just wondering what your favorite case(s) are for the Nexus 10? I was trying to wait it out for an "official" accessory, but I need a case and some of the 3rd party cases out look really nice.

Also, I have a POGO charger ordered so i need to have a port opening for that. Also I feel that the elastic band may some in handy. These are the ones I'm looking at so far.

Any input/opinions/thoughts as far as use, experience, durability, quality etc are welcomed.

Thx in advance for any reply.

What I am waiting for is something like the ZAGG cases for the iPad (preferably with a back-lit keyboard) or something like what the so-called official Google case was supposed to be as per that video on The Verge. But by the looks of it, I may be waiting for ever!

While the cases you folks have linked to above look good and seem great value-for-money, personally idont like the faux leather stuff. Indeed, I'd prefer if the case was made of plastic or some material like that. Sadly, there appears to be nothing like that on the horizon as of now.

I purchased this case - http://www.amazon.com/SupCase-Leather-Function-10-Inch-N10-62A-BK/dp/B009ZBAHPS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1358898392&sr=8-1&keywords=nexus+10+supcase

Fully satisfied and all ports have proper cutouts. There is slight obstruction of the right speaker in landscape but I haven't noticed it affecting sound quality.
If you were to use the pogo charger, the case would have to be open.

Overall, great case in my opinion

I ordered one of these: Nexus 10 Leather Envelope Sleeve ← Nexus 10 Accessories

Still waiting for it in the mail, but when I get it I'll try to give my input.

I already had a Poetic Hard-Back but I disliked how tight the fit was on my N10.

I can't find anything about that case or the video. I would like to see it. Link?

Thanks.

The case shown in The Verge review can be seen here: Gallery: Google Nexus 10 hands-on pictures | The Verge

Rumor is that the initial input for the smart cover wasn't 100% good so Google/Samsung scrapped it. The second rumor is they are working on something better, but there has been no information from Google or Samsung on when we might see it.

Anyone have a N10 case with a keyboard? If yes, a brief description of your experience using it would be very helpful. I think I can be more productive with the tab if I had a keyboard and I don't think waiting for Google and/or Samsung to release one is a good idea - they are taking too much time. Links to products would be great. Thanks in advance.

I have the poetic from Amazon. It comes with a keyboard, but it is held in place magnetically so you can just pop it out if you want to go lighter. I like the case. No complaints. I do have a second very slim case i use in certain situations. The poetic was Cheaper at the time, 28 bucks delivered, I see now it is a bit higher.

Do you know if any of the cases for other Samsung tabs will work with the N10? I mean cases with keyboards. Thanks.

I got my Nexus 10 Leather Sleeve yesterday. It's really, really nice! The embosses Nexus 10 on the bottom is super cool. It looks like it was shipped with the Nexus 10! I love it. My only criticism is that it is a little difficult to get in & out but the leather will loosen over time. The inside of the pouch is lined with a soft texture of some sort. It's not microfiber, but it's very soft.

That actually might not be a bad alternative. I have never really entertained the idea until this recommendation.

I just got my Noreve case. I love it. It is clearly much higher quality than the Bear Motion case I previously tried from Amazon. Frankly at the price I paid, it better be because it is 6x as expensive!

It fits the Nexus 10 perfectly and supports the screen on/off functionality when you open or close it. It also converts into a stand, but not without little bit of effort.

I do have two complaints. First, Noreve puts a thin layer of open-cell foam under the leather on the outer part of the front cover only. When you press on the front, you hear the foam compress. Honestly, I would have preferred if it was like the back. The back doesn't have the same cushy touch the front does, but I think it feels better that way anyway. Or like the inside front cover where they have some rubber or gel padding under the leather. I think they were just going for a really soft feel on the front and I don't think it is necessary or even desired.

Secondly, the clasp on the front cover prevents you from being able to lay the device flat with the cover older back behind the device.

Both complaints are minor, because this thing oozes quality.

Yeah I prefer my devices "naked". I use a pouch for my Evo3D too. I'm really happy with this Nexus 10 pouch. It ships from a small company in China though, so if you want one you better order fast. Make sure you order the right color too! There are two different listings. A "Black" and a "Brown". The embossed "Nexus 10" on the front really makes it look professional. I'm really happy with it.

I purchased one from china (eBay) Which looks just liken the one you ordered. This is my 4th case. I had stupid issues with each of the other cases I purchased. The last case was great except it was not a 360. So when I got this one, I thought I had finally hit pay dirt on the perfect case, then I noticed that it did not have the off when closed on when open feature. No big deal, but just one of those stupid issues that bugs me.
