You unrooted and wifi for root users says it doesn't have root access?

Am I missing something?

Unlocked doesn't mean rooted. it just means that the bootloader is now unlocked, which is one of the first steps in rooting. If you're not rooted, of course you won't be able to get root (superuser) access for any app. it sounds like you may be part way through the rooting process. please read the 'All Things Root' sub forum for your phone. This should provide the info you need to successfully complete the rooting process.

welcome to the forums!!!!!!!

i moved you to the nexus 4 root forum where folks who has your device can help you out better.

now you said unroot? if you unroot you will not have superuser. or at least it will not work.

so i'm a little confused as to what you are trying to do? is the phone rooted? are you unlocked? what wifi app are you talking about.

please read the root stickie at the top of this forum. if you can't find it here is the link:http://androidforums.com/nexus-4-al...nexus-4-all-things-root-guide-12-18-12-a.html
