Guys stick to 1.6 Theme's.... Save's me time trying to find stuff that they Moved in 2.1.... Plus that way People Don't expect to see that stuff 2.1 has...

Also, can you Add a Voting Bar & Multi Theme's so People Can Vote... This is what I originaly asked for.

Thanks,
~BH_MAN

Was trying to get a list of themes that people liked then I was gonna make the vote... But sure man, I'll try to get a broad list quick

EDIT: Also, if any of these won't work, just let me know and I'll remove it. I'm somewhat new at this:p

I'm sure they'll be Fine, thanks for getting this up :D
Like I said though, Most of those 2.1 theme's wont work... the Source that Samsung is using isn't Compatible with most of that. Just a side Note..

Last Time I posted this..... 2.* theme's for 1.6 wont work on Samsung! The Source code is not the Same.... Everrything That has been Posted has been Merged with Parts of eclair, I'll try my Best to Make it work, just don't expect stuff like the Dialer to look how it does on the theme!

Or Email Samsung ask for there Source Code...

Perhaps I'm in the minority here, but my vote would be to have no theme - keep stock UI, stock music player, etc. Keeping the ROMs stripped down allows BH_MAN to focus on completing the port, and spares the rest of us from debating ad nauseum the merits of rounded corners, black - vs - white notification bars, etc....

^ +1

I say let him finish the build with stock ui and then after we can focus on themes and such.

Wouldn't we rather have a FAST bug free build vs a potentially laggy shiny one?

Besides, BH_MAN isn't the only one who can theme the build, there are many others capable of doing so, once he puts it out we can work on skinning it.

I cant fully deodex the frameworks, it locks up about half way using smali.

I'm good with java but i dont have any experience with the android libs, so i dont know exactly what i should be looking for.

I have it De-odex... It's a Java problem in the smaili file... Crashes on the File's inside of Telephony regarding GSM..... I'll upload the Frameworks so you can play with it..

I know some java, but I can't find the problem at all...
I'll post a Link shortly..

Can we get an Xperia 10 theme going.

There's a ported version over at xda that I tried it on the Mytouch 1.2 but still a lot of major bugs.

This is cool but it doesn't specify the android version but it was originally for cyanogenMod or SuperD Rom I'm not sure if those were 1.6

[THEME]ADWone 2010.03.24 [CyanogenMOD/SuperD/PaysRom/Dwang/SuperCSDI/TheOfficial] - xda-developers

I'm down with this theme because it's got the series of icons down by drawer handle, which could be incredibly handy!

Also there's a bunch of people in this thread Post your Home Screen - xda-developers with a fingerprint for a drawer handle. Aestehetically I'm digging that look, does anyone know which theme that's from?

I appreciate the thread, but in all honesty, BH_MAN should start the thread with poll options of themes he knows he can port for us. That way we're voting on realistic ideas.

Plus we need more options, such as the current Darkstar theme used in R8. I believe that's a favorite based on comments, so that needs to be included in the poll options as well.

Thanks though!
