The only thing I have an issue with this one is the sensitivity of the touch screen, sometimes it does not sense my touches, and ill have to touch it more than twice to get it to do what I want.

This goes with texting as well and is getting frustrating. I really want this phone to work because I don't want go back to my iphone and more importantly a co worker at best buy that works in mobile told me that I would be returning the phone, and I really want to prove her wrong, lol.

I love the phone but, this is an issue. Ive had a cheaper metro pcs andriod phone that was more responsive with touch than this. Anyone else having this issue or maybe I just got a bad phone?

I do have the tmobile one with the 4.5inch screen.

No such problems here. That is strange. I also find it strange indeed your coworker would predict you returning this phone. It is simply amazing. For this price, these are the best specs you will find on a phone. And the performance is far superior to other phones with similar specs that cost more. Like the HTC evo 3d (or evo v 4 g) for example which had lots of lag and glitches not to mention the horrible signal problems. They're probably bias against lg or something. I would find it very hard to believe any unbiased person who actually had hands on experience with a non defective Optimus l9 would rate it so bad as to be worthy of returning. Just look at the reviews.

I've had two phones, now one. In the beginning it was very sensitive to the touch. I couldn't get enough drawing things, played Drawsome. After a while it became less responsive as i loaded more apps. Now almost 400mb free. Also put a cheap ebay protector on screen which is the same thickness as any other cheap protectors i buy but worse quality. I can't go without one, but suspect display sensitivity has something to do with ram. Its more laggy than less sensitive. A custom rom that optimizes ram should fix it. Screen protector can also be blamed. Sensitivity went from 0.1 to 0.2 lowest.

The two buttons are also not as responsive. I think it's the protector and the ram in my case.
