So far I installed the ROM Manager (free) and the ROM Manager Premium from Google Play.
Where do I go from here?

You need to root your phone & have cwm installed.. Then you can try custom rom with rom manager..
Head over to
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
You'll find the files you need
(please do not anything until you're confident otherwise a brick/dead phone)
