Anyway, I am the resident smoke master if I dare so so myself, although I hear Pup and Trent can give me a run for my money. Also I am well versed in the clean eating and Paleo lifestyle and have tons of advice and tips on that.
But, when it's time to feed my family, all rules are thrown out!

Oh, and my spirit of choice?.... Well lets just say, the more the merrier!

I go simply at work with a slotted hotel pan and wood chips if I smoke anything. Mainly, tomatoes for soup. Been a while since I've used it.

Spirit of choice: I go between tequila (when I'm feeling rich) and usually gin.
For gin, if I have the dough, I go with Plymouth; absolutely classic.
For tequila, anything 100% agave and silver/blanco is my choice.

I love tequila.. Milagro for me please. Although I am currently not indulging... Unless of course I can have some of Trebs strawberries... That doesn't count ! lol

Most of the time when I get a margarita it is usually when I'm eating chips & salsa ( usually at Chili's or our local Mexican restaurant ), so yeah I think the salt w/ the margarita is just over kill.

Man, we need to go back to this place. El Chucho, about a 5 min walk from our place. Love it!

Their tacos are so so, but the rest of their street food is amazing. And, margaritas on tap!

Ok... It's kinda a leftover, but I grilled yesterday. The Lil Lin's are all in sports (track and field) and I pre~made tonight's dinner. Actually, it's leftovers. But not in the typical way. Their menu is hamburgers... Not a Eddie Murphy house burger if I may say so myself, as mine is made with only the finest ingredients and no white bread lol.

Mine, not so much.

Chicken breast with couscous and fresh asparagus.

I believe I will indulge in a nice dry red wine as well. And for dessert? Well, that will be a buttered sweet potato (the boys favorite).

Anyway, I am the resident smoke master ( I smoke and grill most of my meat... on a smoker (form of cooking in the south)) if I dare so so myself, although I hear Pup and Trent can give me a run for my money. These are other friends and regular visitors of the water hole. Also I am well versed in the clean eating and Paleo lifestyle and have tons of advice and tips on that. I eat very little processed foods, mostly fruits, veggies and lean meats with natural grains.
But, when it's time to feel my family, all rules are thrown out! I have 4 sons and they are piggies

Oh, and my spirit of choice?.... Well lets just say, the more the merrier!Please refer to hidden area. As I can only revel this about myself in private.

I get through a 70cl bottle of Islay Whisky pretty much every weekend, so I can't talk

OT but my favourite drunken typo was more a keyboard shortcut. I was drunk on brandy had My Quake 3 friend from Southern England in one MSN window and a forum friend from Ohio in another. I slipped and somehow managed to get them into a conversation with each other
