No, N860B01 refers to your baseband version, which if I recall correctly hasn't changed on the Warp in like... well, ever. B10 is the most recent in the series of firmware versions which, as well, includes B06, B07, B08 and B08C.

If I remember correctly, ICON only went to version 2.0 before the dev's phone broke, so I believe you're on the latest.

When a dev puts a custom title in for their ROM, it overwrites the section in the build.prop file where the firmware version would normally show - so in short, you can't tell.

Again, I'm going by memory here, but I believe MHannah discontinued the ICON ROM before the B10G update arrived, so - unless I miss my guess - you're most likely on B08C.
